Build the accountable
staffing marketplace with us.

A two-sided marketplace for dental staffing — with fairness and accountability engineered in from day one. The product is already built. Now we're bringing together the people who'll build the company: investors, operators, and an advisory board, at every level.

Dental is the starting point — not the ceiling.
A private invitation to express interest — not an offer of securities, equity, returns, or a role. Nothing here is binding.
The idea

Staffing both sides can trust

Practices need reliable cover; professionals need fair, well-run shifts. We add the layer everyone else skips — a transparent, rule-based accountability system for cancellations, coverage, and conduct, applied consistently to practices and professionals alike. It's a marketplace with governance in its DNA — and that's what makes it defensible.

For professionals

You're in charge

Your job, your time, your terms. You choose where you work, when you work, who you work with, and what you're paid. No one assigns you shifts — you decide.

For practices

Go direct

Stop taking whatever an agency sends. Pick anyone who meets your criteria, anytime you need them — no middleman, no markup, no third party in between.

Why now

A large market, moving our way

The agency era is ending: professionals want to run their own careers, practices want to reach them directly, and the tide only moves one way. What direct staffing always lacked was accountability — the one thing we built in. And that shift is happening inside a big, resilient market whose trends point our way.

178,000+

dental practices across the U.S. — every one a potential buyer.

800,000+

dentists, hygienists, and assistants — the professionals on the other side of the marketplace.

~$189B

spent on dental care in the U.S. in 2024 — a large, resilient market.

~1 in 3

practices are now DSO-affiliated, up from ~1 in 6 in 2017 — consolidation creates large, multi-location buyers.

6 in 10

dentists have already worked a temporary or locum assignment — the behavior we build on is mainstream.

Direct + fair

no incumbent pairs direct hiring with built-in accountability — that's the open lane.

How it earns

A clear revenue model

Fees on each filled shift, verification & compliance-monitoring services, subscriptions for multi-location groups and DSOs, and marketing fees from insurance partners. Revenue scales with every match — not with our own headcount.

Why it compounds

A moat that builds itself

A two-sided marketplace strengthens with every user — more professionals draw more practices, and back again. On top sits reliability & accountability data no incumbent has — and can't easily copy after the fact.

What the raise unlocks: a focused first market, the go-to-market to seed both sides, and the founding hires to turn a finished product into a growing company.

Not just an idea

A working prototype already exists

Built end to end, including:

The working demo is presented live at the Step 2 introductory meeting — together with the business plan, model, and numbers.

Built to scale

From a single office to thousands

The same platform serves an independent practice and a DSO running thousands of locations — one office or an entire group, on one system. And it staffs the whole practice, not just the chair: every role a dental office needs.

Clinical

General dentists, specialists, hygienists, and dental assistants.

Front office & admin

Office managers, receptionists, billing specialists, treatment coordinators, dental marketing specialists, and social media specialists.

Technical & support

Dental lab technicians, radiologic technologists, dental equipment technicians, and IT specialists.

One office or a thousand. One role or the whole team. The model doesn't change — only the scale.

Three ways in

How you can contribute

Whatever you bring — capital, time, or expertise — there's a place for it, and real ownership of the upside for getting in early.

Investor

Back the project with capital and network — from a board seat to observing to passive participation.

  • A stake in a product that already exists
  • A governed, defensible model, not a slide
  • A seat at the table as the company forms
Brings capital

Operator

Do the work — lead a function or contribute directly, full-time, part-time, or fractional.

  • Real ownership of a function, from day one
  • Shape the company, not just execute it
  • Meaningful equity and a defining role
Brings time & expertise

Advisory Board

Lend credibility, judgment, and access in a defined area, with a light commitment.

  • Influence early, with a light commitment
  • Be part of something from the beginning
  • A growing network of founders & investors
Brings guidance & access

Where we need help most right now: a lead investor to anchor the raise · an engineering / product lead (CTO-track) · a growth lead · compliance / legal · finance (fractional CFO or advisory) · advisory voices in clinical dentistry and marketplace growth.

And at the core, dental insiders — a staffing platform for dentistry should be shaped by people who know the field cold:

Dentists (GPs) Specialists — every specialty Hygienists Dental attorneys Dental CPAs Dental compliance specialists Dental marketing specialists

Don't see your exact fit? Tell us anyway — the right people make their own place.

How it works

How it unfolds

This is an invitation, not an open door. We gather the right people first — then bring them into the room.

You are here

Register your interest

Use the short form below to raise your hand and tell us how you'd like to contribute. Two minutes, and it commits you to nothing. This is where it starts.

2
By invitation only

The introductory meeting

Selected respondents receive a private invitation to one of a series of small, in-person introductory sessions held across California — scheduled on a rolling basis, with dates shared in your invitation. This is where the full picture opens up (product, model, numbers, opportunity) and roles take shape, together. Spots are limited, so registering early matters.

3
To follow

Forming the leadership

After the introductory meeting, a further step will seat the leadership — the board of governors, executive chairs, and the founding roles — from the people who fit best. More on that at the right time.

A note from the founder

Why I'm opening this up

I'm a practising dentist in California. I've run my own private office and worked as a leading dentist in large group practices — so I've lived both sides of this: the clinical chair and the business of keeping a practice staffed and running. I built this because the people who keep dental practices going deserve a marketplace that's fair to both sides — so I made accountability the core of the product, not an afterthought, and built the whole thing to prove it can work.

And I don't think this stops at dental. A marketplace built on trust, freedom, and no middleman isn't just a better way to staff a dental office — it's a blueprint, and dental is where it starts. The right investors, operators, and advisors can turn a strong product into something far bigger than any one person could build alone. If that excites you the way it excites me, register your interest and let's build it together.

Questions, answered

Do I have to invest to get involved?

No. Operators and advisory board members don't invest a cent — they contribute time or expertise. Investing is only one of three paths, and it's entirely optional.

Is this a paid role, equity, or volunteer?

It depends on how you contribute. Operators are compensated with pay and/or equity; advisory board members typically receive a small equity grant or none; investors put in capital for equity. The specifics are worked out together, later — nothing is fixed by registering.

What happens after I register?

We review every submission. Selected respondents receive a private invitation to one of a series of small, in-person Step 2 sessions held across California, where the project is walked through in detail and roles begin to take shape.

How much time does it take?

Your choice — from full-time to occasional advisory. Tell us your availability in the form and we'll find the right fit.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. Everything you share is kept confidential and used only to evaluate fit — never sold or posted publicly. Feel free to share this page with anyone in the profession you think should see it.

Is this an investment offer?

No. This page collects expressions of interest only. It is not an offer or solicitation of securities, and it creates no commitment, equity, return, or role for either side.

What stage is the project at?

A working prototype is built end to end. We're now forming the founding team and preparing to raise — early, but real.

The vision

Dental is step one.

The same model — trust, freedom, no middleman — reaches far beyond dentistry. This is a blueprint, and the next chapter starts with the right people in the room. The sky is the limit.
